I, along with so many, have been on the emotional roller-coaster over the last month or so since the COVID-19 pandemic erupted. The loss of our “normal” is somewhat similar to any significant loss. Stages of grief come with varying responses from loss and shock to hope and adjustment to the “new norm.”
While navigating the gamut of emotions I was struck with the single response that would help no matter where I found myself. Prayer. In response, I attempted to process my feelings through creating the following video: We Pray, We Pray. My prayer is it will help you enter into prayer as a way of processing and progressing through your feelings and emotions.
